Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping company, Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is no longer liable for the package. However, If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to try and locate your package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment for added protection, please get in touch with us before completing your purchase.
