Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days after processing. • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days after processing. • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but typically range from 10-20 business days. 3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the final payment is made. 4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website. 5. International Orders: All international customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective governments, which are not included in the shipping cost. 6. Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can address the issue. 7. Lost: Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. Once the product has been handed over to the shipping company, Kustom Kreations by D. Marie is no longer liable for the package. However, If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to try and locate your package. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment for added protection, please get in touch with us before completing your purchase.
